Event Organizers’ Authority:
ICS Events acts as a service provider for race management and registration services. All decisions regarding refunds and cancellations are at the sole discretion of the event organizer. ICS Events does not hold any accountability for the event organizer’s decisions.
Refund Policy:
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to the event organizer. ICS Events is not responsible for processing or approving refunds.
- Event organizers may have their own refund policies, and participants are encouraged to review these policies before registering for an event.
Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Please note that processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
- If this is not feasible, alternative arrangements may be made with the consent of the customer.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items or services may not be eligible for refunds.
- Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided for each event or service.
Cancellation Policy:
- Event cancellations are determined solely by the event organizer.
- ICS Events will not be held responsible for any cancellations or changes to the event schedule.
- If an event is canceled, participants should refer to the event organizer’s communication channels for information on refunds or alternative arrangements.
Communication:
- ICS Events will strive to communicate any changes or cancellations promptly to participants through the platform used for event registration.
- However, it is the responsibility of the event organizer to keep participants informed.

- Participants should direct all inquiries, refund requests, or concerns related to cancellations to the event organizer.
- ICS Events will not be involved in these processes.
No ICS Events Accountability:
ICS Events is not liable for any financial loss, inconvenience, or other damages incurred by participants due to event cancellations or changes.
Updates to Policy:
ICS Events reserves the right to update this refund and cancellation policy. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy on the ICS Events website.
By registering for an event managed by ICS Events, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the refund and cancellation policies outlined above.
