2. Registration and Payment:
a. The Client agrees to use ICS Events’ online registration platform for participant sign-ups.
b. ICS Events will facilitate secure payment processing. Transaction fees may apply, as outlined in the fee schedule provided to the Client.
3. Timing Solutions:
a. ICS Events offers RFID timing solutions to accurately capture and record participant race times.
b. The Client is responsible for ensuring the proper distribution and return of timing devices. Lost or damaged devices may incur additional fees.
4. Results Publication:
a. ICS Events will publish race results online promptly after the event, providing accurate and timely information to participants.
b. The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving results before publication. Any discrepancies should be reported to ICS Events within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Cancellation and Refunds:
a. Cancellation of services is subject to the terms outlined in the ICS Events Cancellation Policy.
b. Refund policies for participants are determined by the Client, and ICS Events will assist in processing refunds according to the parameters set by the Client.
